Rates and fees

Who it is for

Staff (admins).

What you can do

• Schedule a rate change by size code, room, or lease, with an effective date and reason.
• Mark a notice sent and cancel a scheduled change.
• Apply due rate changes.
• Review delinquent leases and apply late fees.

How it works

• Rate changes: /admin/facilities/[id]/rates renders components/storage/RateChanges.tsx, using actions/rateChanges.ts.
• Late fees: /admin/facilities/[id]/delinquency renders components/storage/DelinquencyList.tsx, using actions/delinquency.ts.
• Facility policy sets notice days and the rate guarantee period after move-in.

Limits

• Late fee amount and grace days come from facility policy.
• Rate changes are not applied until "Apply due changes" is run.
