Who it is for

Customers.

View your leases, invoices, and open reservations at /account/rentals.
Open a lease statement with rent, balance, paid-through date, gate code, invoices, and payments.
Cancel an open reservation.
Start autopay on a lease that is not already on autopay.
Pay an open invoice by card.

Routes: /account/rentals (app/account/rentals/page.tsx) and /account/rentals/[leaseId] (app/account/rentals/[leaseId]/page.tsx).
Data loads with listMyRentals in actions/rentals.ts and facility names with facilityNamesForMe in actions/myRentalLabels.ts.
The statement loads with getMyStatement in actions/myStatement.ts and renders in components/account/LeaseStatement.tsx.
A customer can open a statement only when the lease's tenant is linked to their user id. Anyone else sees "Statement not found."
Reservations show the facility name and the expiry date; a past expiry is labeled expired. Opening the account page does not cancel a reservation.

A statement is not shown for a lease that does not belong to the signed-in customer.
The page does not say the lease belongs to someone else; it says "Statement not found."
Only open reservations can be canceled.
